ARP High Performance Series Head Bolts are tough. They are rated at 180,000 psi--15 percent stronger than Grade 8 fasteners.

   ARP High Performance Series Main Bolts are rated at 180,000 psi and a popular premium replacement for OEM fasteners. Designed to meet the exacting standards and demands of professional engine builders, ARP bolts are forged from 8740 chromoly steel and feature a reduced wrenching head, large underhead radius, and rolled threads for the utmost in reliability.

   ARP Pro Series Connecting Rod Bolts are precision CNC-machined to exacting specifications and designed for optimum reliability. They are heat-treated and threads are rolled to provide up to ten times more fatigue strength.

 

     RV Camshaft
   An RV Cam offers additional torque at low RPM. It's great for off-roading and towing but won't make much of an impact for things like highway driving. If you're planning on doing "Jeep stuff" then this upgrade is for you.
   Our RV Cam has a Valve Lift of 420 vs the standard Cam lift of 408.

     CompCam Xtreme 4X4 Camshaft
   Xtreme 4x4 206/212 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Cam for AMC 199-258/4.0L. Excellent torque and throttle response. Great stock cam upgrade in fuel injected applications. Intake Lift of 460 and Exhaust Lift of 476.
   This is the highest performance camshaft we can offer, only available as an upgrade option on our Stroker Engines.

 

     Forged Rods
   The Forged Connecting Rods are excellent at maintaining peak performance and handling increased pressure that engines experience when Super or Turbo Charged. They also come prefitted with ARP bolts.

 

     Rotating Assembly Balance
   The Balanced Rotating Assembly Upgrade is a process of spinning the crankshaft to determine where adding counterweight would reduce vibration within the engine. This makes for a smoother and quieter ride across all RPMs.

 

     New Cylinder Head
  We offer the option to upgrade to a brand new cylinder head which is based on the TUPY 0331 Head Casting.

     Large Exhaust Valves
   We also offer the option to machine the New Head to fit larger valves. These larger valves offer better flow and improved performance.

 

     Refurbished & Rebuilt 24LB Fuel Injectors
   The 24lb Fuel Injectors that we offer are STRONGLY recommended for keeping up with the flow demands of our Stroker Engines. These will keep your fuel flowing fast for maximum performance.

      Accel High Performance Fuel Injectors
   ACCEL Performance fuel injectors provide precise control of fuel delivery and atomization for increased power, improved throttle response, and better fuel economy. They feature either a high or low-impedance design to function accurately with your vehicle's ECU. ACCEL fuel injectors come complete and ready for installation with precision-molded O-rings and fine-mesh fuel strainers.

 

Brass Freeze Plugs
Standard Freeze Plugs are made of steel and will rust if exposed to water. So if you're water cooling or are out hitting the mud or near the water you'll want brass plugs which do not rust.

 

     Lifter Bore Grooving
   As oil formulations continue to change, maintaining the performance & longevity of Jeep engines is increasingly important. A process developed by leading NASCAR engine builders involves precisely grooving the lifter bore to ensure pressure-fed oil is directly delivered to the contact area between the lifter & camshaft. This enhancement improves oiling, which helps reduce wear on both components & lowers the risk of premature failure during break-in. The block upgrade is efficient, cost-effective, and does not add extra build time.

 

     Forged Pistons
   Our Forged Pistons are intended for Super and Turbo Charged Stroker Engines. These pistons are designed to take the extreme levels of heat and force that Hypereutectic pistons can't handle while also giving you maximum performance. Due to the level of care required these are generally not recommended unless you are Super or Turbo charging your engine.

     DSS Racing Forged Pistons
   Forged and machined with premium aircraft-quality 4032 alloy, the pistons are a great choice for naturally aspirated, nitrous or boosted engines with the added strength from the internal gussets. Additional CNC milling removes material in non-critical areas to achieve a lighter weight for the perfect balance of strength, power, and longevity.
   The pistons include custom rings.

 

     Scorpion Rocker Arms
   Scorpion Rocker Arms are precision ground needle roller bearings capable of handling up to 380 lbs of open valve spring pressure. These rockers reduce friction and noise which helps your oil temperature, distribution, and overall engine longevity thanks to their precision rocker ratio.

     Torque Plating
   Torque plate honing is a precision machining process where a torque plate is bolted to the engine block during the honing process to simulate the distortion caused by the cylinder head under load. By machining the cylinder bores in their distorted state, this technique ensures the cylinder wall is perfectly round and straight when the engine is assembled and running, leading to better piston ring seal, reduced oil consumption, and improved engine performance.
